• Failure to make payments within the agreed period may result in applicable late-payment charges or other consequences as specified in the relevant booking or sale agreement.

If a customer fails to make payments within the agreed payment schedule, Sai Infra Developers may issue appropriate notices and take action in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

Any interest, late-payment charges, cancellation charges, or other applicable charges will be as specified in the relevant project documents or agreement.

Cancellation of a booking or allotment shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned in the applicable booking form, allotment letter, agreement, or other project documentation.

Any applicable cancellation charges, deductions, refunds, or forfeitures will be determined according to the applicable agreement and prevailing laws.

Transfer of a booked or allotted plot/site to another person shall be subject to the approval of Sai Infra Developers and the applicable project terms.

In circumstances where changes to the project, layout, infrastructure, or development plan become necessary due to statutory requirements, government directions, approvals, technical requirements, or other unavoidable circumstances, Sai Infra Developers reserves the right to make appropriate changes in accordance with applicable laws.

Where required, the company may offer an alternative plot/site of comparable specifications, subject to availability and the applicable project terms.

The price of a plot/site or project may vary depending on availability, location, development stage, applicable charges, and other commercial factors.

The applicable price will be the price communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking, subject to the terms of the relevant agreement.

Sai Infra Developers reserves the right to accept or reject an application in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Plot/site allotment will be subject to availability, successful completion of the required documentation, payment of applicable amounts, and fulfilment of the terms and conditions applicable to the project.

Sai Infra Developers shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform its obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, changes in laws or regulations, court orders, strikes, civil disturbances, epidemics, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
